Returns and Exchanges

At Struct, a product once bought cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:

The return or exchange has to requested within 5 days from the date of product delivered for domestic orders.

NOTE- SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

Manufacturing fault: We only accept returns in case the product received is damaged or incorrect. While we maintain the strictest quality control at Struct, we will proceed to replace your garments if there is a product defect for which we are responsible. Send us an email at hello@struct.co.in

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we can provide you with a replacement depending on availability. Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted.

Incorrect size : We can exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and doesn’t fit you as per your requirement, once we receive the piece back from you. If you need an exchange for a different size because of sizing issues, send us an email at hello@struct.co.in

SIZE EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. In case of an exchange, a request has to be sent within 5 days from the date of delivery.

2. The product should be in sale-able condition and should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit. Struct cannot be held responsible for any items damages or lost in the post/transit. If received stained or damaged it will be the customers responsibility and the piece shall be shipped back without exchange.

3. Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any exchanges without the tags will not be accepted.

4. In case the product is not available in the required size we can can provide store credit for the same 

5. The rights to exchange a product bought on sale remain with the brand

6. Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

7. A charge of Rs. 300 will be levied on the client for a return order.

Returning items by post or courier.

The shipping for return and exchange requests will be borne by STRUCT only under the following conditions:

  • If there is a manufacturing defect in the piece.
  • If the package is damaged.

To return/exchange a product, pictures of the defect must be sent to us within 1 day of receiving the piece

If you decide to exchange a product under any other circumstance, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. The fixed charge for exchanges it is INR 300.

If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at hello@struct.co.in with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s).

Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit.
Struct cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders. International Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at hello@struct.co.in for any cancellation requests.
